Shipping policy

We know how important your business is and our commitment to you is to provide you with your orders as quickly as possible.

Face & Body Institute of New England ships out orders Monday -Saturday with USPS and UPS. If you would like to use Fed Ex as a shipping options please email Faceandbodyne@gmail.com. 

Our standard turn around time is within 48hours to ship your order from recieving.  As with many orders shipping is the same day!  We offer ground, 2 day, and next day shipping options at checkout 

We have local pickup options available as well. If you place an order for pick up,  please look for an email from our office to schedule your pick up time, and will notify you when your order is ready. If you have a phone number on file, we can also send a messege via text.

Please Note:

Face & Body Institute of New England is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in possession of the postal carrier. Please check with your local USPS,  UPS or Fed Ex if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.
